The Hanwei Diode-Fiber Hybrid Laser Welding Head integrates diode laser (915nm) and fiber laser (1064nm) technologies to realize coaxial combination. This pioneering solution performs exceptionally well in welding thick metals and those with high reflectivity (such as gold, silver, copper and aluminum), boasting outstanding absorption performance that reduces sparking to a minimum, while creating high-quality welds with remarkable surface smoothness.
 
Tailored specifically for the seal welding of power battery covers, this system generates smooth, defect-free weld joints. It not only effectively avoids the risks of battery leakage and explosion, but also greatly enhances welding efficiency.
